Yes, Human Kinetics Europe can ship to anywhere within Europe. If you are outside Europe

4. Will I be charged VAT?
Software and Videos: VAT is charged on all software and videos orders at a rate of 17.5 percent.
This charge will be automatically added to your final charge and will be shown on the check-out page.
Books: VAT is not charged on books.
5. How much is postage and handling?
Postage and packing charges are added on the checkout page. The cost is calculated as follows:
